Welcome to Expert Tutors Academy! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or engaging with our services.
Registration:
- All users must provide accurate and complete registration details, including name, contact information, and proof of qualifications for tutors.
- There is no registration fee is required to complete the sign-up process.
Tutor Responsibilities:
- Tutors are responsible for maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and ethical behavior in all interactions with students and parents.
- Any misconduct, including false claims or misrepresentation, may result in termination of services without refund.
- Tutors must enhance their teaching methods and provide progress updates as required by the academy.
Student and Parent Responsibilities:
- Parents and students must provide honest feedback about the tutors and adhere to scheduled sessions.
- All communication regarding rescheduling or cancellation must be made promptly to avoid disruption.
Payments:
- Tutors will receive 50% of their first month's salary after deduction of applicable fees. Full payments will follow in subsequent months based on performance and feedback.
- All transactions must be completed through the approved payment gateways of Expert Tutors Academy.
Code of Conduct:
- Any form of criminal activity, misconduct, or unethical behavior will result in immediate suspension or legal action.
- Both tutors and students are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.
Expert Tutors Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
